September 20, 2025 Meeting Minutes
President Michael Mackay jumped directly into Introductions at 10:00 am Pacific/1:00 pm Eastern.

The meeting Minutes were not discussed, due to them not being available.
A motion to go to New Business was made by Kelly and seconded by Carlos.
AGENDA Items:
Approval of Local Caucus Bylaws
Local 757: Kelly made a motion to approve the Bylaws for Local 757, which Stephanie seconded. With this vote, we now have 3 Recognized Local PRIDE Caucuses.
Local 1546: Kelly made the motion to approve the Bylaws for Local 1546, which Carlos seconded. With this vote, we now have 4 recognized Local PRIDE Caucuses.
Business not on the Agenda from the membership
Stephanie mentioned that she had heard back from the Hotel in Toledo, stating that the third weekend in March was not available and that the fourth weekend might require modification for us to use their services/location.
Kelly inquired about when the remaining interim officers' swearing-in would occur, and a brief discussion was had. This will be on the agenda for the next meeting.
Michael reminded the group that Next month is LGBT History Month and mentioned National Coming Out Day (but did not specify the exact date, which is October 11). Vanessa was glad to hear the reminder about the National Coming Out Day, saying that she is fortunate to have had two coming outs in her lifetime.
Motion to adjourn by Lillian with a second by Kelly; Motion carried at 11:32 PT/14:32 ET.
